test method
The ability of high viscosity lubricating oil and water to separate from each other in the presence of water or turbulence during testing. Stir the mixture of the sample and distilled water at the specified temperature for 5 minutes. After the specified set time, record the volume of water separated from the oil or the percentage of water in the oil. For lightweight lubricants and synthetic fluids, use ASTM D1401 water separation characteristic testing method.
Complies with ASTM D2711 and DIN 51353 standards
Constant temperature bath, standard mode supports 2 stirrers and 2 separating funnels for anti emulsification performance testing. All wetted parts are made of stainless steel.
Microprocessed LED digital temperature controller, displaying set and actual temperature; Built in lighting and transparent windows facilitate operation and observation.
Each mixer has an independent speed controller and digital display. Each mixer has an independent digital controller. Mixing system, high-speed adjustable drive motor, vertically installed in the constant temperature bath. The built-in tachometer dial is used to finely adjust the speed of the mixer.
